This place is very nice, there is a lot option around the area. If you're a bachelor I recommend you to be here. The entertainment it's off the hook. There's a restaurant around and inside.There's a bar, you can order food service. Excellent all around

Nice room with connecting door with my kids . Walkable area to lee garden and kim yong market. 4 Big and comfy pillow for each queen size bed… i love it

The hotel was ok... the hotel is very outdated... needs lots of work done on the rooms which is old and dull...aircon need to be serviced... there is no safe in the room to keep your things... carpark needs to be safe for the guests vehicles...

Great hotel, nice decor, rooms a bit dark though. there's a music lounge downstairs so it gets noisy at night. there's also drunk people yelling in the middle of the night so if you're a light sleeper, don't stay here.

We check in at 5.30pm. After 15mins we entered the room air conditioner not cold. I called receptionist and informed regarding this. 20mins later still no technician showed up. So I went to reception to remind them again and complaint why we get queen bed size for superior room but the fact upon hotel booked it stated king bed size? The staffs said the bed size is correct queen bed for superior room. I felt cheated because the reason I booked this hotel is because they provide king size bed for the room I choose. After a few minutes argue I just accept the bed and asked when the air conditioner will be fixed. The staff said technician is currently in my room. We go to our room wait until 10mins still no technician come. I had to called reception again and again only then the technician came but he cannot speak English. He just check but not fixed it. We decided to go out for dinner and hopefully everything will be ok after we come back. Unfortunately after 2 hours we go into the room air conditioner still they not fixed it!

What else to say, a total disappointment in misleading with pictures everywhere in Thailand hotels and this one too. Nothing from the pictures looks like the real thing, except the front of the hotel. The bathroom had this stink, and pongy smell, I only had to go there as few times as possible. Super disappointed in service. Although this time they were not rude at the reception, they never go above and beyond pleasing guests. Never again.

Budget friendly but felt more like a hostel.

Good location and budget friendly. But the stay was extremely unpleasant. Upon checking into our room on 4th floor we quickly realised the aircon was not working (blowing hot air) and informed the staff. They were unable to fix it and handed us a new key card instead. So we packed up and moved to a room that looked slightly bigger with a newer aircon. We thought hey that's a nice gesture, but we were so wrong. 10 minutes after we had happily settled down, they came back to us saying we had to move again because - I quote them directly here - "This was a DELUXE room and we had booked a SUPERIOR room". So we had to pack up again and carry our own luggage to the 3rd room. Now I want to clarify here that we were NOT expecting any room upgrade in the first place just because the aircon was broken. We simply wanted it to be fixed. It was the hotel's decision to assign us a new room, and instead of making proper amendments, they did not hesitate to inconvenience us over their own mistake, without a single apology. Sure, we're not expecting 5 star customer service here, but the way they handled the whole situation was completely tactless and unprofessional. FYI, 1) They will keep your passports instead of making a photocopy. 2) There will be 2 free bottles of tap water on your table, the mineral water in the fridge is chargeable (33 baht). Just highlighting this because it's not stated clearly anywhere. 3) Transport from hotel to airport can be arranged for 300 baht.

Great hotel during my stay in Hatyai ever...

Clean, neat and good facilities in my room! If really have to choose one point as a bad experienced in here would b the smell from my bathroom even not that bad if compare to others hotel that I had ever stayed in Hatyai. Important thing was they didnt interrupt my privacy during my stay and so I will b return if got trip to Hatyai in future time!
