여긴 두번 숙박했는데 위치는 센타라 백화점 바로 옆이라 아주 좋고 시설이나 청결도 면에서는 괜찮습니다 그러나 첫번째 숙박때는 누가 엘리베이터에서 노래 부르면서 내려오길래 엘리베이터 타면서 어떤 사람인지 봤더니 티셔츠 유니폼 입은 직원 한명이 타더라구요 그런데 조금 있다가 손님인 제가 있는데도 엘리베이터 안에서 노래를 크게 부르더군요 그러다가 1층에 도착해서 어디로 가나 보았더니 1층에 연결된 Bar 쪽으로 가는데 상당히 불쾌하더군요 손님이 타고 있는데도 유니폼을 입고 크게 노래를 부른다? 이건 매니저가 조치를 해야 할 것 같구요...두번째 숙박때는 입실하자마자 화장실 변기에 물이 새서 관리팀 불러 1시간정도 수리했는데 잠시후 다시 물이 새더라구요...2일동안 변기에 물이 새는 소리가 신경에 거슬렸는데 그것 빼고는 청결도나 위치는 그리 나쁜편이 아닙니다 가성비로는 주변 호텔에서 괜찮은 편이라 봅니다

I will definitely use this property again!!!!

Stayed in the updated "C" wing. Very comfortable room. Sadly we got a room with adjoining door and had very noisy neighbours (part of tour group). Only got a few hours sleep and they were at it again! Asked to move to a room without the adjoining door and the hotel were very happy to oblige. I will definitely stay there again because it's location is great, staff very friendly and helpful and when our car wouldn't start the security staff went above and beyond to help us out.

Great stay

Room was spacious, clean and bright. Bed was comfortable. Location was excellent, once you step out of the hotel , you start your shopping .

Booked 4 rooms which stated soaking bathtub as an item to be provided. But it is not upon checking in. Was told by the hotel manager that the items shown in my mobile phone will not be fulfilled by her. Rather I was told that she will inform Hotel.com to remove the particular item in the online portal. Anyway this is not my fault as a guest but it is between the hotelier and Hotel.com. I am disappointed as I had informed to my 3 friends that their rooms comes with bathtub. The rooms we stayed at Wing B generally is below average. Hotel.com owe me an explanation on why I was not given a room with those items listed in the room facilities.

Next time place in your hotel condition "DON'T DIRTY COVER BED AND TOWEL !!" . in the absence of a condition it would be more charge if dirty! stupid! Kick all the hotel cleaners for all the lazy ones !! not your hand washing the dirty. Cleaners wear the machine. but still lazy. And teaching your hotel cleaner do not be rude !!

Scam

Was charge for a total 500b for dirty towel. Is totally a scam hotel. Hotel manage said we had dirty the towel and was told to pay for the towel. No credit card deposit. Ask for passport as a deposit! Unbelievable. Hotel lobby with lots of freelance ladies for call to room. Not suitable to family stay. Scam hotel. I demand a refund of the towel that we had forced to pay and the time u delayed us to the airport.
