Great location. Amazing support from staff. Specially Jimmi helped us making our stay in Vietnam easier and supporting us when needed (for example calling airport several times asking for delatyed bagagge).

Gorgeous hotel, very central to all the main attractions. Staff are extremely helpful with everything including organising airport transfers and excursions. Would definitely recommend to stay here when your in Hanoi
