"Front desk accidentally charged me $1050 in pending charges instead of $450. I brought it to their attention and they said it would take 10 days to clear. Then charged me $30 over my total bill upon checkout. And then when I checked my Hilton account online, it looks like they charged me another $30 on top of the $30 extra checkout charge, exceeding amount of total bill stated upon check in. I will need to take this up with their front desk again! I am very frustrated with their lack of attention to detail. That said here are the pros to property: driveway, room, hallway and pool were super nice. Cons: mistake-prone front desk, lobby was very mid with tacky furnishings, restaurant was slow and also mistake-prone "

"The property was very nice and clean. Complimentary breakfast was very good. The staff was helpful and accomodating. Recommend highly."

"We were not able to even check in. It was a contactless type of deal. There was no one to help you and we spent 40 minutes trying to check in. We eventually left and stayed some where else. "

"The room was smaller than we thought and we didn’t know that we had drawers underneath our bed until the second day so we were working out of our suitcases which was difficult and not too pleasant. We had a constant running water sound in our room room number 623 and our toilet seat was broken and wasn’t repaired to the day before we left. We probably would not recommend this hotel for future travelers. "

"Perfect location, an easy 10 min walk straight down Broadway to all the sights and honky tonks. It was perfect. Parking cost a lot $ extra. Felt safe walking at night with my husband. "
