"Great sized room for our family in a fun location in Tokyo. I was slightly apprehensive about the “unmanned” aspect going in, but it wasn’t an issue at all. Easy to find and easy checkin. The room had everything we needed."
"The property was exactly what we needed for our two week stay in Japan! We were left alone and weren’t bothered. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment however we found it didn’t dry our clothes very well. However there is within walking distance a laundry mat that was super easy to use and get to. Would recommend staying here for anyone wanting a cheaper stay and a little less touristy to get emerged into Japan. "

Since bedrooms were on the top floor and bathroom/living room were on the middle floor, I was a bit worried about the narrow stairwell for my dad. "This apartment is in such a good location! Very clean, quiet, comfortable mattress, shower with good heat and water pressure, nice washing machine, nice kitchen. The two queen beds are squeezed in one room, so you have to climb over one mattress to get to the other. There was only two of us on this trip, so we did fine. Very close to the train station. "Conveniently located in Shibuya on a shopping and eating/drinking side of the area. A bit outside of the busy streets yet closed enough to reach anywhere with ease. Expecting old Japanese business hotel style and you will get it. No fancy stuff here but all essentials well provided. "
