"The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. It is also close to all of the touristy sites. The elevators were very, very slow and breakfast was quite busy. One morning, although there were 3 coffee machines and a barrista stand, none of them were working. Only regular coffee was available. "

"Great location! Close to station and wangfujing shopping area. Very clean, and good view from our window, great size room too ! The only downside was, need more staff that speak better English! The only people that speak good English was the reception. Breakfast was good for me but there’s no English breakfast for my British husband. Big bed but a bit too hard for us, and aircon need to be colder."

"This is a very traditional Chinese style hotel tucked in the middle of an alley. 1/4 mile walking distance to main street with many restaurants (primarily hot pot type) and shops. Hotel is clean, quiet, spacious, and basic amenities. Staff is incredibly friendly abs helpful."

"Excellence and friendly staff that were always so helpfuul. Many spoke English. Again super friendly. The lofts were tasteful and artistic. Free coffee and amazing tea at the front desk. The location was tops being located in the most impressive Hutong area. The subway a few hundred meters away and close to all of the major attractions. Highly recommend this place.
