Excellent hotel

Very good hotel with kind and helpful staff, ready to take care of any issues. Also great gym and pool, which the kids liked a lot. Can absolute recommend… only thing that would make it exceptional would be a dishwasher in the room

Great location as the subway and the airport express train are close by. The front desk staff are very kind and friendly. As the residence is built on top of a shopping centre, you will need to take an elevator up to the 6th floor for check in and a different elevator to your room. The swimming pool and resident lounge is on the same floor, hence, the floor is very humid and smell like a swimming pool. The room is very convenient since it is equipped with a laundry machine and a kitchen. It is recommended for long term stay (1 week and longer). Our room is not perfectly clean (ie. dusts on top of the bed frame and water marks/stains in the washroom). The laundry machine is an outdated all in one(washing and drying). We also called the front desk at night to deliver some new towels, but no one came. It is a bit pricy than some other hotels near by.

Very comfortable and nice experience

The staff at the hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when it comes to housekeeping and serving breakfast. However, I have a suggestion regarding the breakfast service. It would be more convenient if breakfast could be provided as take-out. Although it is currently prohibited, some guests have been seen bringing their own take-out boxes to help themselves to food, and the staff has even been assisting guests in obtaining to-go boxes. I don't think that's their fault, but the rules need to be rectified. In addition, it would be helpful to have some coffee filters provided in the room since there is a coffee machine available. Overall, the hotel is very comfortable and enjoyable, and I would definitely come back again.

Nice and large one bedroom apartment. Has a washing machine/dryer which is nice when travelling. Bathroom is large. Room is very quiet. Mattress was a little firm for my liking and breakfast not at the same standard as a 5 Star hotel, but for the price I would expect it to be a better breakfast.

It is located at a very convenient location and nicely built. However it may not be too convenient for business traveller which may require more business infra-structure . The Hotel is part of the Raffles City shopping mall and has a direct access to the stores and restaurants, that is really helpful if you don't feel to go around the city for a meal ;) Rooms are good , service is good , breakfast is also good Easy to reach PEK airport ( 30 minutes without traffic , about 1hrs with some traffic)
