"Hotel is in desperate need of modernisation, we had an emergency at home and asked to pay to make a phone call home. The request was denied and no help was offered. We would not recommend or stay at this hotel. The one exception was Concierge staff who where excellent "

"Our first impression of this hotel was very poor. The lobby was an absolute mess of boxes, unorganized files, dishes and utter chaos. It could use a thorough cleanup! However, We had a clean room on the main level with the patio access to the pool area. The pool is small but clean and refreshing. At first glance the location seems “sketchy “, however once we started to explore we realized that we were close to the walking night market street which was a fun experience. "
