"Work trip - so did not use a lot of the amenities, breakfast was good, staff were friendly, rooms were neat and clean. rooms are showing their age in places - not as smart as some of the newer hotels. Expedia rate was very good - last minute booking. "

"The worst ever experience thst I had in my business travel. The hitek was totally different from what I saw in the Hotels.com - not managed well, the facilities were just functioning not clean, the carpet was so dirty and stinky, and I couldn't sleep at all on my first night due to noise from other rooms. It shouldn't be recommended and should be dropped out of Hotels.com. I wonder if Hotels.com ever does regulat check on its partners."

"We chose this hotel only because in the hotel photo you see a pool in the rooftop. It was +35° hot day when we came, and we were told that we can't use the pool at all. That we should have made a reservation before we came, and the pool is for 8 people groups max..
At the hotel the staff spoke only korean, so they communicated with us only with phone app!
First night at the hotel fire alarm started ringing at 05. My daughter did not wake for it, it was not enough loud in the room. It was...

"Smoke smell was all around above 3rd floor. I asked to change the room from 5th floor to 3rd where was less smell.
The staff was very kind.
If you can afford it, I recommend another hotel. "

"Toilet design poor as water splashes outside the bath tub while showering. Bed was quite hard. Overall cleanliness was not desired. Did not have large towels for bathing, gave small towels instead. Staff was nice and spoke English. Location was good, in between a happening area with lots of restaurants and the train station. "

"I loved my stay extremely and appreciated the help and attentiveness of the staff. I loved it so much that I am staying with you again one week later for my second trip back to Korea! I cannot wait because I knew I could trust you. "
