This is regarding the daily cleaning service for my room, during my recent stay of four nights, I noticed that the room was not cleaned on a daily basis. I had expected daily cleaning services to be included. I did speak with the cleaning staff meet in the corridor, and he mentioned that I should discuss this matter with the reception team. I would appreciate if this property could clarify the cleaning policies and ensure that daily cleaning services are provided.

Chambre très confortable, au calme, donnant sur le jardin à l'arrière. Attention, la chambre est vendue avec sèche-cheveux, mais rien dans la chambre. J'ai demandé à l'accueil, on m'a répondu qu'il avait dû être arraché et que je ne pouvais pas en avoir, point barre ! Réponse séche sans alternative... Attention aussi au parking payant (10 € / nuit), places gratuites dans la rue.

La chambre était dite disponible dès 15h. Quand nous sommes arrivés avec nos bagages un peu après 15h, le ménage de celle-ci n'avait même pas était commencé alors qu'elle était inscrite comme prête à la réception. Il nous a fallu repartir avec nos bagages et notre fille de 3 ans en attendant que la chambre soit préparée car l'établissement était complet. Aucun geste commercial n'a été proposé , dommage...

Habituée et fidèle de cet établissement proche de mes RDV en banlieue Sud-Ouest, tout le staff est très à l'écoute, toujours bienveillant et souriant, environnement très calme d'une petite ville, ambiance presque de village et pourtant Paris est à moins d'une heure en taxi.
