"I traveled to Brazil for my bday. The staff at Yoo2 were amazing. Very warming upon arrival with a smile and greeting. The staff answered all questions that I needed. The rooms were smaller than expected but overall I enjoyed my experience. The day of my bday, they gave me a chocolate surprise which was a highlight of my day. That action alone will always grab my attention and make an impression. Hilton always gives great service. Thank you for making my trip extra special! The bar had a steak appetizer with gravy that was to die for! The seafood ceviche was flavorful. Welcome drink was superb. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel or services."

Desde el momento del check in nos hicieron sentir bienvenidos y durante toda la estancia mantuvieron una actitud cálida y profesional. También disfrutamos mucho la hermosa vista desde la habitación, que fue uno de los puntos más destacados de nuestra visita. El desayuno incluido resultó muy conveniente, con buenas opciones y un ambiente agradable para comenzar el día. Sin embargo, hubo inconvenientes que impactaron nuestra experiencia. Al llegar nos informaron que tanto la piscina como el bar estaban en remodelación y, por lo tanto, no podían utilizarse. Nos ofrecieron pases para usar las instalaciones de otro hotel ubicado a unas cuadras, lo cual fue un gesto amable, pero sinceramente no era lo mismo. Tener que desplazarse a otro lugar para disfrutar de servicios que uno espera encontrar en el hotel donde se hospeda resulta poco práctico e incómodo. De haber sabido con anticipación que estas áreas estarían cerradas, probablemente habríamos elegido otro hotel. Otro aspecto que me sorprendió fue que la televisión de la habitación era bastante antigua y no contaba con funciones Smart TV. Durante nuestra estancia coincidieron partidos importantes del Mundial que quería ver, pero no podía acceder"

"Was very apprehensive about staying in Lapa but after arriving I felt so much better. The hotel is in a perfect spot which made it easy to see Santa Teresa, the Lapa arches and sample local nightlife in Lapa. The staff were all so helpful and made our stay perfect. Would definitely stay again if I come back to Rio."
