For the price, the place was comfortable. The staff were always friendly and very respectful, even though my Portuguese was very very poor, they still managed to communicate well with me and made effort to accommodate me for things I needed etc. I was very happy with their friendly and helpful service.

A estádia foi tranquila, mas no momento do check in soube que teria que pagar uma nova taxa que não foi estabelecida pelo site do hotels.com. Fechei um quarto de casal para 2 adultos e chegando lá fui informado que teria que pagar mais 40 reais de taxa por mais uma pessoa. Além disso, a hospedagem oferecia estacionamento no local, quando cheguei ao local soube que era um número baixo de vagas e que era sujeita a lotação. Acho que poderiam divulgar melhor algumas informações e tornar isso mais claro e evidente.

Um pouco insatisfeito

Não foi possível estacionar pois já estava"cheio" e meu carro não cabia me forçando a procurar vagar no quarteirão, muito inconveniente visto que eu cheguei a noite se tornando perigoso executar essa tarefa. Não fornece café da manhã no mesmo local bem possui opção de horário. Chuveiro dando choque. Poeira em cima dos móveis altos pronta pra circular com a ligação do ar condicionado.
