"It is nothing fancy but it does the job! The staff was super helpful. Breakfast was not the best, but it’s better than paying for overpriced breakfast at the airport. If I ever have another super early flight, I will definitely be staying here again. Kudos to the staff, it made the experience a great one!"

"We had an amazing stay at the Fairmont El San Juan Hotel! The hotel is beautiful, the beach is gorgeous, and the pools were clean and relaxing. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The restaurants and bars offered delicious food and drinks, and the location was perfect—close to the airport and just a short ride to Old San Juan. Our room was comfortable, clean, and made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to everyone at the Fairmont for making our vacation so...

"Great staff and very helpful, awsome rooms for a quick sleep and cozy.. Air conditioning was great but I would have liked to have the room colder but there wasn't a remote control to adjust the temperature."

"Everything was excellent except the ac wasn’t too powerful on 100 degree weather. Thermostat was set at 70/75. Accordingly it’s set this way when I called for maintenance. Room was cool and comfortable but not cold enough. I didn’t need to cover myself"

"Very clean location, good for kids and family, good food, not for resting a lot of people noise talking loud, screaming and smashing doors. Good air conditioning inside rooms and very fresh air outdoors. Not a place to enjoy the nature in the nature."

"Ok i like the breakfast was good but what I didn’t like wad that after i pay for the stays they charge me for resort fees without you guys letting me know that you was gonna do that we split the cost with friends and you guys never explained this cost now this bill its gonna be only my bill because you guys charge it after a day later when everyone was home and it wad $50 for day I ended up paying $250.00 extra thats not ok"

"Only issue was elevator issues through our stay. Then once they would be shut down with no communication about said issues. Other then that great time and will be back again"
