Top Grindavik Hotel Reviews

Konvin Hotel by Reykjavik Keflavik Airport

Konvin Hotel by Reykjavik Keflavik Airport

8/10 Good
"This property is a good choice if your plans involve arriving at KEF exhausted from a red-eye flight, or an early morning departure. It is adjacent to the airport, which means no delays getting to your hotel, or returning a rental car and getting to a flight. They rent cars too, and this may be a better option than renting at the airport, as the airport rental counters have very long wait times. Although Keflavik is several km outside Reykjavik proper, and not very big, there is a pod of excellent small restaurants at the nearby Völlur Mathöll food hall. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but amenities are a little thin compared to what some travelers may be accustomed to. For example, there is no refrigerator or on-site fitness center. Overall, this is a great base of operations near KEF, but not necessarily where you stay to be near attractions."
