"What a lively quaint listed accomodation. We were extremely happy with our rooms, they were clean and spacious. My sister has very arthritic knees, so it was essential it was not a shower in a bath. We both had showers, the only problem, there was a step up to the tray. however this was only a minor problem. a couple od little things, which I spoke about to the staff on leaving.The room itself had all the facilities that you needed, Tea and coffee was in abundunce, TV hairdryer, plenty of power...

Well stocked with tea, coffee and continental breakfast items (The Bell currently doesn’t offer a cooked breakfast). The pub restaurant was epic - fantastic menu with additional ‘specials’ and great desserts. Obviously popular with locals and repeat diners. The pub bar was friendly and a good range of ales on tap. "Had a fab stay - staff friendly at check in and the room was excellent. We stayed in 21 which had a four poster bed and plenty of space - it was wonderfully traditional and added to the stay perfectly. There is plenty of parking at the hotel and breakfast was good value with lots of choice. We stayed for the racing and it was an ideal location - would definitely recommend and stay again."
