"Staff very friendly and accommodating. Made us feel welcomed. Our rooms were not ready since we came at noon but they held our bags for us. Rooms very clean and amenities available for free on request like coffee and waterpot. Rooms a bit on the pricey side but the location was also good so well worth it. "Perfect location. Walking distance to everything we wanted to see or do. The staff was very friendly and the food at the hotel restaurant was amazing."

"Great hotel with nice rooms near Times Square and Bryant Park!"

"Great location. I loved that the hotel is quiet any day of the week and the staff super nice and helpful. Great rooftop bar and decent breakfast. I wish our room was bigger but I loved the Japanese style toilet."

"Convenient location. Clean rooms. One elevator was down which was convenient, but overall good place to stay"

"The hotel was very clean in comfortable. We like the location and the person working in the reception. Only problem I see is no parking new the hotel ."

"Great location! Very central, just a short walk from the subway, with plenty of lovely restaurants and cafes nearby. The room was clean, and the staff were welcoming, kind, and very accommodating. Overall, a wonderful stay! 10/10!!"
