"Staff very friendly and accommodating. Made us feel welcomed. Our rooms were not ready since we came at noon but they held our bags for us. "Great staff, quiet rooms. Location was perfect for our visit."

"Great location. I loved that the hotel is quiet any day of the week and the staff super nice and helpful. Great rooftop bar and decent breakfast. I wish our room was bigger but I loved the Japanese style toilet."

"Great location! Very central, just a short walk from the subway, with plenty of lovely restaurants and cafes nearby. The room was clean, and the staff were welcoming, kind, and very accommodating. Overall, a wonderful stay! 10/10!!"

"We stayed at Pod 39 for two nights. It is centrally located, grand central station it's about 3-4 blocks away, and it was easy to get around. The room was small but it was clean"

"This hotel is wonderful. It is very well cared for. The staff are incredibly helpful, going above and beyond. I loved my stay!"
