"Waited 15 minutes at the Reception disc until someone showed up to check me in. Staff are not so friendly. Rooms are not clean. There are insects and roaches on the floor and on the sink counter. This is not the first time I have bad experiences with this Hotel unfortunately it’s the only hotel in town so I had to stay in it again otherwise I wouldn’t approach it"

"Parking was easy. Enough for all rooms. Staff was friendly and our stay was comfortable and quiet. Room was clean and well stocked with towels for all of us. "

"Pros: -Good river view -balcony (with view of river) Cons: 1- water dozed out btw bathroom floor boards. 2- no coffee or tea in room 3- thin walls...think Shogi thin! Had to call desk at 3am to have room next door turn down their TV. You can even hear a zipper on luggage being unzipped. 4- lack of towels in room 5- room cleaning is by request only but booking website claims it is "Daily" PS- results of a 5 night stay."

"Everyone one was very helpful amd accommodating during my stay there it was pleasant and the staff where very helpful , from directikn ti getting around the bug easy to figuring out where to eat for breakfast 😊 I would personally like ti thank both Marisol and bryant for being so knowledgeable on the area and for making me feel safe at night especially because it was my first time traveling to the city alone . I had a winderful and i will definitely be coming back 😊"

"The clerk barely spoke English but I had a confirmation so all he had to do was point. The room seemed clean but walls were very stained and tired. The kitchenette was completely devoid of anything to use for dining. Not even plastic soons or anything. So if you don't bring absolutely everything you need to eat a meal, you're just out of luck. "This was a very old hotel. The flooring in the room had many gaps and was peeling from the bottom. The bathroom sink was very small, and did not have a stopper. The small refrigerator was quite noisy. Otherwise, the room was clean. I would only recommend this for the budget traveler."

"Q&C is in a great location, perfect walking distance or trolley ride to many popular places. Just a heads up there is parking right past Q&C and you could save $20 a night on parking. The staff there were super helpful. The valet had plenty of recommendations for us."
