"The apartment was perfect! Spacious, with lovely historic touches and modern conveniences, and the most spacious bathroom we've encountered on our travels. Such a generous breakfast, too and varied array of snacks! The host was also very helpful with local restaurant recommendations.
Since we arrived in early January, we particularly appreciated that the host had turned on the heating beforehand, so on our arrival, the apartment was already pleasantly warm. What a warm welcome, thank you!...
"Our stay at Cenobio lived up to the expectations we had based on previous reviews we had read. The hotel truly felt like an extension of the overall Matera world bringing the cave experience to life albeit with the luxury one would expect of a 5-star hotel.
