"I would give them 5/5 with the only reason being was that the A/C didn’t work. Room stayed hot despite multiple requests to have the issue addressed. Super convenient to the Ferrari museum but not really anything else. Hands down the best breakfast in the entire hotel world! Bed was comfortable, shower was clean, property is safe and easy parking which is rare in Italy."

"Very disappointing – nowhere near four-star standards
I was thoroughly unimpressed with my stay at the Best Western Modena Resort. For a hotel claiming to be four-star, the experience was frankly dreadful.
The biggest issue was the unbearable room temperature. Despite outdoor temperatures reaching 22°C, the heating was blasting away, making the room incredibly uncomfortable. When I asked for the air conditioning to be switched on, I was simply told, “At this time of year, sir, we don’t put the...

"We arrived quite late and it was a little difficult to find in the dark, but our hosts were able to come out to meet us at the gate. The hosts were amazing! We arrived as guests and left after 4 nights feeling like family. They are wonderful. The breakfast was home made with more variety than we could wish for. Best breakfast we have had in Italy! If you are wanting to stay in the Modena area, this is a great place to call home for a few days. Hosts are 11/10!"

"Soggiorno piacevole, struttura moderna e ben tenuta

"This hotel was very clean, modern, and efficient, with helpful and kind staff and a unique location.
The positives were the cleanliness, modern design and newer furnishings/room decor, the cost was very reasonable, and the hotel was easy to find while driving. Negatives were breakfast was not included, parking was public street parking if you could find it (although the hotel only charged 9 Euros overnight for the tag we put in the windscreen), and the public areas of the hotel were rather drab...
