When you pay for a service and it’s 25 degrees outside and you get back to hotel after a long day at show you expect to have a room that the temperature is adequate to get a good nights sleep. The air conditioning was not yet operational. When I asked reception they told me it was not possible. So 5 sweaty nights sleeping with window opened. On the last morning at 7am there was no hot water. So I had to take a cold shower. I understand energy costs are hi in Italy but trying to save but cutting a/c and hot water is ridiculous!

Corda della doccia nera. Cambiare per un bastone di.plastica lavabile. Luce sopra lo specchio difronte alla persone e piu utile. Testa doccia non si teneva diritto. Sono piccoli accorgimenti. Ma siamo stati benissimi. Verremmo un altra volta di sicuro.

La struttura è posizionata in una zona strategica, dove ci sono negozi, supermercati e ristoranti (fast food e non).Dispone di un comodo parcheggio sia esterno che, su richiesta, in un garage interno. Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile. Colazione abbondante, dolce e salata. La nota dolente sono le elevate temperature che raggiunge la stanza, senza possibilità di accendere il condizionatore e di aprire la finestra; quest'ultima, infatti, apre giusto uno spiraglio, senza permettere all'aria di circolare. Di notte è stato difficile dormire, l'aria era poco respirabile a causa del calore accumulato durante la giornata. Pur avendo tende oscuranti, la stanza si riscaldava ugualmente.
