"customer service from management was terrible! They do not value their loyal customers who have stayed there numerous times over 30 years! very disappointing. We love the actual hotel, but after this incident will find it hard to return and they just didn't care!"

"Our stay could not have been more perfect at this truly 5 star hotel. The staff were more than amazing and accommodating. I love that I received texts if I had any requests so that I didn’t have to wait in lines at reception. I highly recommend and ocean view room. Location is close to everything and area is safe. Highly recommend this hotel if wanting to stay in Surfers close to the nightlife, beach, eateries and entertainment"

"I had a city view room and it was wonderful. Comfy bed, large towels, good air con (would be nice if we could switch it to quiet mode). Staff were great and the food at Stingray and Yamogen was phenomenal. "
