"Room was very clean. Kitchen was very well equipped and amenities were provided. Air conditioning and heater was working well. There were no staff (self check in and check out with the ipad). "We are a family of 3 on a month long holiday. Booked a week here. It was the only place we stayed at with cooking facilities. Good place. Only a 10 min walk to Hakata station. Got my coffee at Fuglen which was a 5 min walk. The cooking facilities at the accommodation allowed us to cook the amazing local produce. Wagyu beef, mushrooms, etc. My questions were answered promptly so communication with the hotel was easy."

"Great location with lots of shopping nearby. Very trendy area. Shout out to the coffee stand opposite the hotel - we visited everyday. However it's an apartment so you are expected to keep the place clean. We didn't use the loft at all because it felt flimsy and tiny for bigger sized people. We just slept on the sofa bed and created a makeshift sleeping area in the living room. Heating on the first floor is poor. We were quite cold during the winter."
