"This is a beautiful B&B in a quiet residential area. The large garden is a perfect place to relax and defuse after a busy day. There is also a big public park a short distance away that has football nets, basketball, tennis, etc. The Holly Tree is walking distance from the bus station where there is a bus going downtown every 5 minutes. It is also walking distance from the medical complex, making it very helpful for the families of people in Addenbrook's or Royal Papworth.

Clean and fairly well appointed (fridge freezer, microwave, cooker, washing machine, iron and board). No hairdryer as far as I can see. TV and Virgin box. Comfortable bed (I do hate poor mattresses) was a blessing.
I'm sure that before booking it claimed to have parking, because I declined several other properties because they had no parking. However in the confirmation they stated that parking...
"My wife went into Addenbrooks for brain surgery and wanted me to be nearby. Although this wasn’t the cheapest hotel it was in fairly easy walking distance to the hospital. When I got there the receptionist asked what my stay was for and I told her she waved the parking fee and also told me that they do a special rate for people staying and going to the hospital. My room was very comfortable and the air conditioning came in very handy as it was so hot that week. The free breakfast was amazing and...
