"What a fantastic B&B, free parking right behind if you are lucky. The accommodation was lovely, the rooms are brilliant, our room (right at the top) was boutique style with a nice big bath in the room, great views out of the windows. "The room was lovely and clean plus they had put heating on which was a bonus on wet cold day. Disappointed the shower in our room would not work so had to use the bath not ideal when you like a morning shower. Very nice room not in main building but lovely Christmas wreath on door , Dyson hairdryer and room fan plus lovely selection of teas coffee and hot chocolate available. Only gripe is the pillows they are fluffy feather ones and are useless in my opinion. Had a meal in restaurant it was...

"I was going to visit the Brecon Mountain Railway and I needed somewhere close by to stay for the night. Luckily, I chose the Butchers Arms. The room was lovely and clean and the bed very comfortable. The food was filling and tasty and I had breakfast looking across to the start of the Brecon Beacons. The beer was wonderful especially the Butty Bach (little friend in Welsh). "

"Family room was a really good size. Newly refurbished stable rooms on the ground floor. Conveniently located for main roads into the town and walkable in 15 minutes to centre of high street. Discount on a fabulous Nepalese restaurant. Car parking on site was free."
