Unfortunately, the bed which was shown at the time of booking was different from the beds available when we reached the hotel. We booked at this hotel specifically because we thought there would be one whole, solid double bed. Instead, the bed was made of two single beds pushed together, with no mattress pad on top. "Much to our horror, this hotel was 50kms from Groningen where we were to stay 3 days. The taxi cost us $320 AU. We thought it was in a suburb of Groningen. The owner was lovely and helped us find another hotel in Groningen for 2 days as we wanted to visit art galleries. It is in a lovely town but not what we wanted. Won’t be using Wotif again."

"Heel fijn. Verblijf bij botique hotel westerlee alles is schoon en personeel is zeer gastvrij. Het hotel is net open en is dus nog druk bezig met verbeteringen maar dat hoeft de pret niet te drukken en heb ik als gast geen overlast van ervaren. Wij waren er als gezin en kregen we een gratis upgrade naar de gezinskamer omdat die vrij en beschikbaar was dus dat is echte gastbrijheid. Onz zoontje heeft ook heel leuk gespeeld met de dochter van de eigenaresse. Echt de knusheid van een mooi...

"The wood-fired hot tub and fire pit was a highlight of our stay that was worth the money! The electric blankets were a welcome (and needed!) bonus for our October stay in the Jubi tent. The view in the morning, lighting, design, and other accommodations and facilities on site were great! The staff were helpful and answered all of our questions.
