"Staff friendly and helpful Room was in need of some repair and cramped"

"Hôte accueillant mais le logement est décevant. Logement ou le ménage n’avait pas été fait avant notre arrivé. Sol collant, draps avec miettes, frigo pas nettoyer, miroir et murs de douches avec traces noires, toilettes sales et la poubelle n’avait pas été vidée avant notre arrivée. Très peu informés sur la gestion de leur auberge. Pas de réponses à nos questions ni d’échange à travers la plateforme Hotel.com (obligé de les appeler). "Das Hotel ist in keinem guten Zustand. Es müsste einmal renoviert werden oder wenigstens mal das äußere mal sauber gemacht werden (Spinnweben und so weiter) "

"The hotel is set is lovely surroundings. Very peaceful and relaxing with nice pool area. Can’t comment on the food as restaurant was shut when we stayed - also very limited places to eat in local town on a Monday too."

"This was a place that was away from the main area of Orleans and a car absolutely necessary. Free car parking available which is always a bonus in Europe. The room was a triple room but extremely cramped and not ideal when you are travelling with a lot of luggage. Not a lot of interaction with staff other than check in and check out but seemed personable enough. Thought the price was a little bit expensive for what we got."
