"The room had a great view of Edinburgh Castle. Everything was in walking distance of the hotel. The room was nice and comfortable. Had an issue with a blind, and maintenance fixed it immediately. Breakfast was either continental or big breakfast. For its price and location, one couldn’t go wrong with this hotel. We would stay here again."

"Stop researching hotels and book this property! Communication, check in, location, amenities was top notch. 5 min walk to the Witchery, 7 min walk to castle. We LOVED this property so much. We booked the superior studio #7 and it was spacious, comfortable and immaculate. You could instantly tell the owners thought through every detail and the staff we encountered were so kind and helpful. Never heard any others coming and going. The shower was amazing and such a bonus to have a washer/dryer...

"We had a lovely stay at the Linton Collection Apartments over Christmas. This was our third year spending Christmas here and once again we loved it. The location is ideal, just off the Royal Mile, and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay — it really was a perfect Christmas. We were especially grateful that the team kindly allowed us to check in and access the apartment a little earlier, which made a big difference. The only very small disappointment this...

"Great location with nice food "

"Friendly staff and a lovely apartment in a great location (especially for the grassmarket). However there were a couple of issues with maintenance, broken blind in living area so couldn't open or close blind (ground floor), no light bulb in only lamp in lounge, no washing up liquid and broken bin in bathroom. Its a shame as overall the apartments were clean and decorated beautifully so hope they don't let poor maintenance ruin the standard. Biggest issue however was there was no hot for my son...

"Room was really nice and clean. It was very comfortable and plenty of room. The bathroom was clean and nice selection of toiletries. Lovely soft ambient lighting if you wanted it. Reception was well manned and there was always someone in hand to help you. "
