"Airport shuttle stops at 10 pm so we had to get a taxi. The driver insisted we pay him in cash (without change) or twice the amount in credit card. While my husband stood his ground with the driver, I told the hotel front desk, Shateria. She went out to the driver and confronted him on his illegal scam. It was amazing to see how she stood up for us. She even apologized that we had to put up with that treatment and gave us some free waters for our room. Way to go Comfort Suites for having a fearless and bold employee! We would highly recommend this hotel."
"Front Desk and the people who work and here make it what it is… For motel 6 they get five stars!! If you not from broward probably would recommend you the Ritz Carleton or Fountain Blue…. You get what you pay for! "
