"The hotel was nice for a one night stay before a cruise. The room has a bit of a stale smell. It would have been nice to have the fresh scent you smell when you enter the hotel. I don’t believe the comforter on the bed was changed as I could smell a “sleep” smell on it from others. Needless to say, I didn’t use it. Staff were friendly and nice on check in and check out and the breakfast was good with variety. "

"Unfortunately, we waited so long for the airport shuttle (over 45 minutes) ended up taking an uber. Room was not ready by 3pm but was allowed to store luggage in the office area. Once we were able to check in, staff was friendly. Overall, ok experience but wouldn’t return. "

They responded right away to change the bedding, but nothing could be done about the refrigerator. The A/C fan somewhat drowned out the sound. The location is great. Not far from the Cruise Port."
