I stayed there one night before my cruise and then one night after my cruise. They were able to get me an early check-in on the day I disembarked from the cruise. Breakfast is very good, but I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich that night to eat in my room. It was very burned and did not have the spicy mayo on it. I was already up in the room and didn’t want to have to go back down other than that everyone was very friendly and helpful

The room was great, the property was well maintained, the restaurant/bar staff was great. The staff member who answered the phone when we called for the airport shuttle was not helpful at all. She said it would be awhile and implied that we should pay for a ride rather than waiting. She was not helpful at all as far as explaining where we needed to go to wait for the shuttle, we had to ask airport staff. We waited an hour before the shuttle arrived.
