Good room size with kitchen , convenient for my 8 nights stay. Walking distance to subway station, the patio is good, a railroad not too far, you can see train running from the patio, but the noise is ok if the patio door closed.
It’s is a self-checked and unmanned hotel, however it’s still ok to change towels if you like.
Nice apartments that have been upgraded into a hotel. Kitchen was nice and had a full fridge. In room laundry was also a nice bonus. Amenities inside your room were great. Google maps said there was no train station close but it was a 6 min walk north following the train lines. Can pretty much go anywhere in Fukuoka there.
Customer service is very responsive and helpful. Rooms are very clean, and it is nice to have a washing machine and kitchenette! Balcony is a nice bonus, too!
There are at least 2 or 3 hotel like this carry a little bit of the same name so you have to look carefully before you book a taxi or uber. But overall was a good night rest in a pretty nice hotel.

The room is small for 4 people.
There is no air purifier and the room is quite dusty.
There is no warming in the bathroom.
The toilet is next to the bathroom and the bathroom door is transparent. Which is a bit inconvenient.
The room is quite nice, but the microwave and tableware need to be cleaned regularly (there is mold inside the microwave). I like the wash room as well as the personal care set provided by the hotel. There is a lot improvement space on the balcony.
This hotel is not where it is advertised on hotels.com. there are two hotels with similar names. The address on hotels.com is not the annex. The annex is a different address in a different part of the city. Very misleading. Not convenient to anything. This information may be vital to some people. It's almost false advertising.
On a good note, the hotel has a lot of amenities and included a washer and dryer in the room with an oven and stove. Had dishware and the sofa was enormous. The balcony was nice but not much of a view.
The dryer didn't work well and had to hang wet clothes in the shower using it's built in fan. Tried drying the clothes 3 times but were still wet.
The staff was friendly when contacting them to clarify which hotel.
There is no staff to check in most times. And checkout was simple. If this hotel was near anything except residential housing, it would be an excellent hotel. The price is good but there are better options for the same price near the station.
I hope this helps anyone to decide.
The place is very good and wide 😌 I really enjoyed to stay in this place ❤️ The only thing is the taxi driver was confused with other hotels which have all similar names 🥲 Be careful with the other hotels 😅
No one is at the reception and our reservation number didn’t work so we couldn’t check in. Thanks to a local that called the managemer we were able to finally check in. Other than that the room is very nice, there’s washing machine in the room which is amazing. But it was a hustle to check in :( which was unfortunate and diminished the whole experience.
Location is quite and room is big enough for relaxing, facilities are new and useful. Highly recommend if you like to cook and stay longer in your trip as the room is included open kitchen and own washing machine. It’s perfect if any car parking is included.
The room is very clean and big, all facilities are new and useful- super like ! It’s around 10 mins walk to subway or 7-11 shop or pharmacy from the hotel.
We will reserve this hotel again!
My family and i recently stayed here and the first day we were here it was an average stay we landed and rested our heads. The second day everything hit the fan. We came back from a small excursion and they only thing left in our room was our suitcases and chargers. They cleaned our room out of everything we had. We asked the downsatirs desk lady what could have happened and she said they were supposed to clean the room next to ours and accidentally cleaned out and threw out my wifes toiletries, my infants bottles and food as well as all the things we had in the fridge. This is common considering they screwed up and though we left for good but when i asked if they possibly kept anything she told me to wait one second . I stepped outside to get better signal and i see them rummaging through all the trash pulling out all the items i had in the fridge and in our room. I tried to be optimistic and though maybe she was just taking inventory of all the things that were missing so they could reimburse me but she came in with bags of sopping trash and tried to hand back all my belongings she pulled out of the trash can. When i refused to take them she looked at me crazy and that was the end of the conversation. She didnt offer any reimbursement of the items they mistakenly misplaced or anything. 0/10 for customer service.
