The only thing I can mention negatively is that Expedia has the walking time to Durham down incorrectly. I think they meant it is a 13 minute drive not a 13 minute walk. The mattress added to the lack of sleep as it was very uncomfortable. The door to our room you could close from the inside with a hard shove but you couldn’t close from the outside so we couldn’t leave anything valuable in the room. "The place was very popular with locals so parking was a bit awkward, we arrived after 6pm and there wasn’t much room to park. Maybe one criticism would be there isn’t reserve parking for staying guests and after travelling 140 odd miles and to be faced with hunting a parking space was as I said a little awkward. But that shouldn’t take away from what was a nice place to visit great food and a generous breakfast, clean room comfy bed."
