"Family friendly, great beach, lots to do for all ages, staff are great, clean property. Worth getting a gulf view to have coffee overlooking the beach. Nice kitchen in room, good pools, lots of kids so if you are looking for a quiet place, this isn’t it! Nice gym. Beach is gorgeous with umbrellas and chairs free for guests. Big water slide for guests to use on the beach. Negatives: No cash use so every machine defaults to a 20% tip. Your teen gets dipping dots for $7 themselves and the person expects a 20% tip. It gets really old after a week. You go and get something yourself and the person expects a tip. There are a few buttons to figure out how to leave zero but the person watches you and it’s uncomfortable. Other than that, we had a perfect time there! It’s a great place with a kid. "

"We did not interacted much with the staff (my daughter and I) but when we did they were wonderful. The air conditioning unit was in perfect working condition and very cold. The place has plenty of parking and we were lucky enough to park right in front of the room, a few steps from the car. The room, on the other hand was terrible. Everything was either worn out or corroded. The musty smell never leaves but you get used to it. The floors were dirty and sticky in many areas just like all the other flat surfaces like tables which were also worn out. The bathroom towels had big black scuffs marks that look like dirt as well as the shower curtain. Very disgusting. The bed sheets were also dirty but to see the dirt I had to take out the comforter, look closely and that was a special dirt. It was black dirt. I could go on about the room but I have to go to bed is getting late. I will be going to Saint Pete every month for the rest of the year but will not be staying there. Good night."

"Quick stay while in Florida. Room was acceptable. Didn’t get a chance to check out any other amenities as we were out and about. Staff were nice and plenty of parking. Very convenient location for our trip."
