House keeping was great, close to the beach and restaurants, activities for the kids and childcare were a great bonus. They were jack hammering the main pool the week of our stay and blocked off the one hot tub and covered pool with no notice. I also didn’t like the added daily fee and parking fee I wasn’t aware of when booking.

Room slightly outdated and a little shabby. Having towels, chaise and umbrella free of charge was wonderful. Staff was always friendly!!! Very helpful and always treated us with such great customer service Consider having some complimentary coffee in lobby. Prices pretty steep on a lot of things but I guess that’s expected at a resort.

tradewinds at Island Grand was a great place for a staycation! the staff was friendly and helpful and there's lots to do! The only thing is the main entrance should have automatic doors to make walking inside easy! Otherwise, it's always a great time!

We have stayed at the TradeWinds a couple of times over the last three years, and it never disappoints. It is absolutely wonderful! It is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a staycation. Everything about our stay was amazing. We love coming here and will definitely be back again!
