Basic Hotel to sleep with a nice bar.

Functional, low-cost place to sleep. Room was sparse- bring your own tissues. Breakfast overpriced at 18 euros. The best feature is the bar- very friendly and nice place to gather after the day.

All this for only that?

The hotel was better than I expected for the value. It was clean and the service was very friendly. The only thing that I thought was expensive was the breakfast. The location is ideal and having available parking was a bonus. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

Easy and access convenient access to downtown and sights. Great breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately, there was minor vandalism to our rear windshield wiper while it was parked in the hotel underground parking garage. Wide cars beware when parking!!!! Overall, the hotel was great.

I enjoyed the buffet breakfast but not tbe fact that for tbe first day and a half my room 513 airconditioner was blowing hot air. It was only after conplaining three times that i was offered another room 313, where the airconditioner worked perfectly. Otherwise my experience at The Darmstadt was good.

Location good. Air con welcome in hot weather. No kettle for making tea in room, and we were refused one at reception. Towels were thin and a bit mean. I agree room needn't be fully serviced every day but a very quick hoover and emptying the bins would have been welcome. Some staff v friendly. Some staff a bit abrupt.

Alles in Ordnung und sauber. Super zentrale Lage, um Darmstadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Sehr bequemes Bett. Ich liebe die großzügige Dusche. Das Einparken in die sehr engen Parkboxen ist ist ziemlich spannend.

Das Parkhaus eine reine Katastrophe, eng und voll, der Parkscheinautomat gibt kein Geld zurück, auch nach Beschwerde keine Einsicht vom Personal. Kleiner Aufkleber weißt darauf hin… lächerliche 8 Euro einbehalten. Eigentlich wollen wir wieder kommen, aber so wohl nicht.
