Good location with a short cab ride to the airport and the town centre. Staff very friendly and helpful. Accommodation a little tired but overall a good hotel.

The staff were very helpful and kind. There is shuttle service available to and from the airport for a small fee. The hotel room was clean and cozy, would highly recommend. It was a little more than an hour walk from Romerberg Frankfurt Main to the hotel.

Good stay at the Leonardo Frankfurt City South

A good stay and within a reasonable drive of Frankfurt Messe. Parking is a bit expensive at EUR 15.00 when they have so much space, but it is convenient. The bar is excellent.

The hotel shuttle information is not accurate. We emailed the hotel to book our shuttle. We were informed to call the hotel when we arrived at the airport. The number at the airport on the shuttle bus stop is incorrect. I emailed the hotel again and no one responded. We called three different numbers for the hotel that was given to use from the airport, other shuttle bus companies and information desk and no one answered the phone. Wasted so much time. We UBERED to the hotel and informed the front desk staff of the horrible communication and inaccurate customer information and all they did was check the phone to see if the ringer was on, off or needed to be turned up in volume. We asked to be compensated for our time and UBER transfer, they said they could not. We will never book again with this hotel. Poor customer service and the carpets in the rooms are dirty, stained and walls were filthy. Buyer beware of this hotel.

Alles prima, bis auf das Parken...

Alles prima, nur die Parkgebühr ist schon etwas drüber! Da ist man froh, wenn man nur eine Übernachtung im Hotel hat, sonst geht man an den Parkgebühren pleite! Dafür ein großes Lob an den netten Kollegen aus der Küche, der mir heute morgen Ahornsirup aus der Küche organisiert hat. Extra Sternchen dafür! (wobei ich nie verstehen werde wie man Pancakes ohne Ahornsirup überhaupt anbieten kann ;-) )

In ziemlich in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel aus den Siebzigern. Für eine Nacht okay sauber und ordentlich. Die Zimmer sind etwas klein und nicht unbedingt komfortabel und man sieht überall das Alter des Hauses. Leider kosten Parkplätze extra 15 € am Tag. Die Deutsche Bank Arena ist sehr gut fußläufig erreichbar.
