I can’t rate the staff because it was a self-check in so I didn’t see anyone. The onsite restaurant was very good. Easy shuttle to and from the airport. We were only there for the night due to a flight delay, it was a good choice for us.

Rooms were clean, breakfast was decent, area where the Hotel is located is mostly industrial. The shuttle was confusing to find upon arrival - note that the correct Airport Terminal/Area/Gate for shuttle passenger pickup has both an upper and lower level directly on top of one another - you’ll want to be on the lower “arrival” level.

Room was very specious and clean. Comfortable beds. Had everything wht we needed. Free shuttle a real bonus to get from/to airport. Shuttle schedule noted at the hotel website. Hotel situated in quiet industrial area and had a walking pathway/park by the canal/river. Pleasant stay.

Very clean and nice newer hotel. 20 minutes bus ride from FRA airport. Our room was nicely decorated. TV didn’t have international channels. Wifi worked well. Shuttle bus didn’t show up early up the morning so that was disappointing. Otherwise very good hotel for one night stay.

Hotel is within close proximity to the airport. they have an airport shuttle available for free and if you do not want to use it or need to be in/ out of the hotel outside of the schedule, uber or taxi is not too expensive. Room was clean and decent size for what i need.
