Room was very specious and clean. Comfortable beds. Had everything wht we needed. Free shuttle a real bonus to get from/to airport. Shuttle schedule noted at the hotel website. Hotel situated in quiet industrial area and had a walking pathway/park by the canal/river. Pleasant stay.

Hotel is within close proximity to the airport. they have an airport shuttle available for free and if you do not want to use it or need to be in/ out of the hotel outside of the schedule, uber or taxi is not too expensive. Room was clean and decent size for what i need.

I love the modernity of the room. I arrived too late for the restaurant, but they did have some kind of noodle soups that you could get in the lobby. Unfortunately, there was no way to heat them unless you went to the restaurant and ask them for hot water. So that was a little bit of an issue. Since the restaurant was closed. I also found that being called the. Hey Lou Airport Hotel was misleading since the taxi cost me €46 to get there and it was 20 km away. No uncomfortable bed nice bathroom and there was a shuttle that took me into the airport in the morning.

The hotel relies on technology for check-in and limit person interact and no way to contact front desk for assistance from room. Room/Bathroom was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good. Shuttle from hotel left on time, clean and large bus. Problem with Shuttle Bus was it left us at arrival on low level of airport instead of departures three stories above. Causing major problem getting from departures low level with five suitcases and two cat carriers - not good.

Super clean, but there were not enough towels or pillows! I appreciate the fact that they are try to cut on waste, but I need more than one pillow to sleep, and more than one towel! The hotel is far away from terminal 3 and very far away from the near station if you are coming by train, I had to take Ubers. The hotel has a shuttle service but to terminal 1. Breakfast was good! I really like the self check in and check out! Most impressed about the hotel being very quiet!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean and pleasant. Hotel offers shuttle services to the airport but there are certain hours that the shuttle is not available and unfortunately the guests have to take the taxi to or from the airport that costs €30. I cannot speak about breakfast as I had to leave the hotel before breakfast was available but my dinner and the service in the restaurant were excellent. I would stay at the hotel again if I was there.

The biggest plus for me was the convenience. I had missed my flight and needed somewhere to stay near the airport at the last minute. Booking online was easy, and the airport shuttle was extremely convenient and made a stressful situation a little easier. The hotel itself was very basic and, in my opinion, pretty mediocre. My room was quite small, the carpet could have been cleaner, and overall it definitely had the feel of a no-frills airport hotel. I also had a connecting room, and when I arrived, the connecting door was open, which made me uncomfortable from a safety standpoint. I contacted the front desk, and the gentleman was helpful and came upstairs to make sure it was properly locked, which I appreciated. Overall, it got the job done for one night after a missed flight. The shuttle and easy booking were the highlights, but I wouldn’t come expecting anything fancy. It’s a basic, convenient airport hotel if you simply need a place to sleep before your next flight.
