Great location!

I was only in Frankfurt for one night so this hotel was a good option for something clean, fairly priced, and near local transport and shopping. There were a decent amount of restaurants nearby as well.

An excellent modern hotel with great staff. Nice, spotlessly clean, large rooms with a kitchenette (where you can actually cook!), fast wifi, and a very responsive team. There is a good Gym and bar on the ground floor (Bar is closed on weekends though), and cafes and shops close by. Some English channels on TV may not work, but there was so much to do during my stay that this was not noticed much. Ms Parvati, in particular, at the front desk was excellent!!

We absolutely loved our stay here and the next time we visit Frankfurt, we will definitely stay here again. The staff were all incredibly friendly, especially Ivan. He answered all my questions and kindly gave recommendations of where to eat. Parking was underground and there were always spaces available. The room was huge, clean, and had a great kitchenette. I really appreciated the water pressure with the shower and how spacious the bathroom was. We liked having the large water carafe to fill with the filtered water from the laundry room. The TV was a bit finicky and would randomly shut off, but that was our only issue. There's a huge mall with a large food court 300m away so that was convenient. They only offer house keeping after night 3 which was fine with us. They gave us drink vouchers for being OK with that, which was not necessary, but so kind. I hghly recommend this hotel!

15 minute walk from Amin train station, short 5 minute walk to the nearby mall. Lots of bike trails and easy access to electric scooters which are located all over the area for transportation.

I’ve booked a one bedroom apartment for 3 adults but we were asked to pay an extra fee of 25 euro per night. If I was awarded of this fee I’d rather stay somewhere else. Overall the hotel hotel is clean and spacious.

Great but equally disappointing.

Great location, and decent accommodation with a good breakfast too. Many good parts spoiled by indifferent process and leadership by the senior management. Disjointed thinking, but rescued by great front of house, wanting to do everything possible to help. Would stay again, but doesn’t quite deserve the 9+ score imho.

It was ok, hotel is nice but some views are horrible. Ac didn’t work nor did they care to fix it, the cleaning ladies were demanding to clean the room before 1 because they wanted to leave early and attempted to talk to me in not German nor English and the room smelled funky. Front desk staff was very nice and attentive. Overall it was ok but not sure I would stay there again.

We stayed at this hotel the night of July 31. At the time of check-in we were not informed the air conditioning was not working. The lobby was extremely hot. It was 33 C outside. When we got to the room, it felt like a sauna. We slept with the windows open, which didn’t help, and got bombarded with flies. Unfortunately, we had to leave the hotel the next day (we had booked it for 5 nights) because it was unbearable to stay inside without AC. The next morning, the front desk told us the AC was broken and it will take 2 weeks to get repaired because they were waiting for a part. I wish this information would have been shared at the moment of checking in so we would have avoided that very uncomfortable night. We did get reimbursed for the 4 nights we didn’t stay.

No Air conditioning. There is an analog temperature controller in the room, but it adds no value. We had 2 Executive Studios booked and both rooms were extremely hot and unbearable. On raising the issue with the front desk staff, we were given room changes, but the problem persisted. None of us could sleep due to the lack of air conditioning. Extremely bad and disappointing experience.
