The rooms themselves are visually luxurious, staying here feels like stepping back into the 17th and 18th centuries. Knowing who once walked these halls, the conversations that must have taken place, and the pivotal moments tied to this house adds a sense of magic you simply can’t replicate in a modern hotel. High tea was absolutely lovely, a true highlight, and breakfast was delicious, thoughtfully prepared and enjoyed in a setting that feels timeless.
