This room was so much bigger than other European hotels. The staff was incredibly kind, the rooms are well maintained and the showers are big and beautiful. The room has cute treats and waters available as well. We really loved this place and it us very conveniently located

Although the price is a little steep for the amenities provided, the location is absolutely unmatched! Additionally, Maria was incredibly kind and helpful each morning during breakfast and helped make it an unforgettable stay! Beautiful family room

From the room details and convenient location just minutes from the Duomo to the wonderful Maria who made our family feel at home. Maria was very attentive and such a joy to speak with as she made our cappucinos each morning. The breakfast was a good variety and fresh. We chose a family room that looked to be located away from the main street, so very quiet and ample room for our family of 5 to share the space. We would stay here again.

We loved this hotel, the location was amazing, in the middle of all the action. The room was clean and recently renovated. Maria was our host and she was awesome, super helpful and friendly. I stayed with my wife and 8 year old son, this was a great family friendly hotel. Only a 15 minute walk to the train station. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence for the first time.

It was a great stay and we enjoyed it. We were a family of 4 and stayed in the family suite (one room with 2 twin beds and a full size bed). Check-in was very easy. Staff was very warm and friendly The room was very clean. Breakfast is served daily from 8am - 10am (included). Check-out was easy as well. We were able to chech-out and leave our luggage while we did one last sight seeing. The location is fabulous, right in the middle of everything. We absolutely loved it and would definitely stay here again.

When travelling to Florence for just three nights, it was important to find a place that was walkable to all the major attractions. This is more like a bed-and-breakfast than a hotel, but it is so centrally located that you are steps away from all the major attractions. The facilities are spotless, the beds were comfortable, the air-conditioning worked. The breakfast in the morning was not the best, but you can always find a croissant or toast The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless, the shower and bathtub was spotless, they had extra comforters in the closet if you were cold. It is located so close to all the attractions. It literally takes less than a minute to walk to them. If you are looking for a place to stay that has a hotel lobby, a hotel bar or restaurant, a gym, this place is not for you. If you were looking for a clean safe and centrally located place to stay near all the attractions this place is for you. We walked from the train station. It was about 10 minutes, and we were. Literally in the middle of the tour de France. We watched the race On the street in front of us from our window. I highly recommend staying here and enjoying the option to go for an early morning, walk along the river, and late night stroll through the streets, listening to the opera, singers or musicians, and enjoying an appetitive in front of the cathedral, all within minutes of your front door
