The location is simply perfect — we honestly cannot imagine a better place to stay while exploring Florence. The hotel is very safe and spotlessly clean. The entire team was incredibly helpful, friendly, and solution-oriented, making us feel completely at home. We had an excellent experience staying at this place! The location is amazing, only 1-2 min walk from piazza Vecchia and museum uffizi. The lady at the check in desk is very friendly and helpful. She gave us maps and local advice on the must-sees, and when we checkout she informed us about the onging strike, which really save us a lot of effort. Hotel room is comfy and spacious.
