"We booked and paid for a double room but were given a one full-bed room instead, which was very disappointing. When we went back downstairs to address it, we were told there were no other rooms available and that this was simply what we would get. The shower was extremely small—so much so that even as a petite person, I couldn’t comfortably close the glass doors while showering. There was barely any space for our carry-ons, and surprisingly, no phone in the room to contact the front desk. The walls are paper-thin—we were woken up in the middle of the night by a neighboring guest being sick. The breakfast was also a letdown, with stale and old food. While the view was nice, it didn’t make up for the overall experience. To top it off, the front desk staff (particularly the main woman downstairs) was unhelpful and rude. Overall, not a stay I would recommend."

"We had a very comfortable stay, property is new and well maintained. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Onsite laundry facility with washer and dryer was very helpful. We loved our stay, it is located very close to Arno which makes for a picturesque evening stroll. "

"Rooms were clean with beds made and clean towels every day. Only thing missing was Tea Making Facilities for guests to access, but staff very attentive and did make one for me when asked. Very friendly and approachable, recommended and booked restaurants near by. Wi-Fi excellent as was the Breakfast all fresh everyday and plenty of choice. Location Perfect for Tram and Train Station just 4mins walk. around 10mins to Domo and central Florence. Highly recommended and would use again.."

"Beautiful hotel, amazing rooftop and bar. Quiet area but centrally located. 10 min walk to the Firenze Train Station. We got a family room and it was perfect for two couples. The decor made me feel like I was in Florence!"

"The breakfast room is so pretty, and the breakfast is truly excellent. The staff were friendly and professional and welcomed our little dogs. It was quiet even though it is right in the center of everything. The bed was very comfortable and all the linens were of excellent quality, i would definitely stay here again,"
