"Hotel 10/10 simplesmente novo. Foi reformado recentemente e está Novo. Confortável, limpo, recepção com atendimento excelente (todos os recepcionistas foram extremamente gentis e atenciosos.
A localização é excelente ao lado da estação de trem de Santa Maria novela 3 min a pé. Pra quem vem de trem é ótimo. Da para fazer tudo a pé, tudo é perto. Possiu café da manhã ao custo de 7 euros por pessoa (coisa simples).
Sem dúvida ficaria novamente pois o hotel tá novo e o custo benefício foi ótimo."

"The staff members were so welcoming and did everything to make our stay absolutely perfect. When I return to Florence, I won’t stay anywhere else. Eduardo at breakfast gave the most amazing shopping recommendations and made the stay even more enjoyable. From the front desk staff to the butler team, our stay was the best ever! "

"Super convenient location close to the train station and within walking distance of the major attraction. The staff (particularly the gentleman that seems to be the manager) were very nice and helpful. No frills, very clean, and excellent location. Exactly what I needed for a short solo trip from Rome, so I wouldn't miss visiting Florence during a short visit to Italy,"

"Room was nice. Didnt see the email with instructions until we figured out how to get into the room. An email with instructions was sent but since I was travelling i didnt get a chance to check my email. Maybe in the future have the hotel send instructions 48 hours in advance instwad of 24."

"We had a wonderful stay at this lovely boutique hotel within walking distance of most major museums. Casa Howard was very clean, and the breakfast-to-order served to the room every morning was extraordinary. We had 2 rooms - one with a lovely little balcony. Our room had a large bathroom with a shower. The second room only had a large bathtub with a handheld shower. We were traveling with an older family member and it was very difficult for him to get in and out of the bathtub. Otherwise we...

"Second time staying here and it was great. The staff was delightful and the apt was huge. One thing to note is the TV only has Italian channels which is fine but the Netflix button on the remote does not work and you cannot do screen mirroring with your IPhone. "

"I particularly love the authenticity of the building being hundreds of hundreds of years old and yet well cut, beautiful staff beautiful spa only lacking in the dining aspect but everything else was perfect. Highly recommend but recommend going out for dinner."

"This was a fantastic location a short walk from the train station and close to many high end stores and main attractions…like the Duomo and bridges. The hotel had a complimentary breakfast which had a wide selection of pastries, fruits, cereal, yogurt, charcuterie, and eggs and bacon and of course any kind of coffee drink you wanted.The hotel also had a gym which we did not use. Would recommend asking for a higher floor as our room was on the first floor and we could hear noise from the street....
