When 3 couples arrived for the night we were very pleased. The hotel, lobby, and bar are all comfortable. Our room was well appointed and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating. We had a problem in our room in the middle of the night, which prevented our sleep. and the resolution could have come quicker but was acceptable in the end

Hotel itself was with very high standard and quality. Location good but our experience with car park and safety in Florence was terrible. Car park near hotel under construction with not friendly reception and construction work dust everywhere. Florence streets are feel unsafe when walking from hotel to restaurant. We ordered taxi back to hotel to avoid any issues. It is beyond disgusting how the mayor and politicians are allowing for such grat destination to be overwhelmed by drugs and lack of safety in the streets!! TBH hotel staff not warned us and we feel to leave Florence as soon as we can.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. I really enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to the railway station and major attractions. Next time I am in Florence,I will definitely stay at the Hotel Executive!

Excellent staff especially Francisco and Manuel, GM Riccardo, front desk personnel who were super helpful with the rental car parking for 2 nights. Thank you for a wonderful and comfortable guest experience. Great location, deliciously filling buffet breakfast, daily housekeeping…everything is top notch. Highly recommended and will be back.

It is an elegant hotel and it is located in a quiet area and easy walk to all attractions. There are many restaurants nearby or at walking distance. Breakfast was great. Good beds and bathroom. Loved having tea at the end of the day in the lobby.

This hotel and its staff was great. The room temperature would not get below 26C but it still was not too uncomfortable. This breakfasts were great (full American continental). The only drawback was it was a little of a distance from the main tourist sights.

Presidential suite enhanced our Florence visit

We, a family of 4 from Seattle, had just a short 24 hour stay in Florence. We worked it in between multi-day stays in Rome and Venice. Glad we did it, v.s. doing Rome-to-Venice train and an extra day in one or the other. Staying in this hotel's Presidential suite really added to the experience. The photos don't do it justice. It was like staying in a palace. Super high fresco ceilings. Kids got a completely separate bedroom off to the side. Overall, a great boutique hotel: * 10 min walk from the train station. We wheeled our suitcases both ways. Despite some cobblestone, and narrow sidewalks, it was very doable. * Super friendly and very professional staff. * Easy walk to all the main Florence sites. Yet, far enough away, where it was way quieter at night. * One block away from the waterfront, which is a perfect place to go for a jog. * Plenty of convenience stores, restaurants, and shops right in the neighborhood. * Don't miss the Ferris wheel in the opposite direction from core Florence, also a quick walk from this hotel. * Free full breakfast. It felt like a splurge to get the Presidential suite, but so worth it!

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Hotel Executive. The room, including the bathroom, was impeccably clean. I especially enjoyed the large bathtub to soak in. Our room also included a terrace, which I requested as a treat for our Honeymoon and they gave it to us complimentary in addition to a bottle of champagne and strawberries. That said, the service was excellent. Leading up to our trip, their management messaged us to arrange activities on our behalf. We didn't end up needing anything, but it was a nice detail. Plus, I loved the complimentary breakfast. It had SO many things to choose from - meats, cheeses, fresh eggs and bacon/sausage, and pastries galore. It was a real treat. Lastly, the location was perfect. It wasn't in the middle of the tourist madness, just outside of it with an easy 10 minute walk to all of the action. We preferred it that way. It was also very close to the river and an easy walk across the bridge to explore the less-busy neighborhoods. Thank you!!
