Il b&b non è come viene scritto. Accoglienza pessima. È come se vai a dormire a casa di un altro...La notte si gioca a cacciare le zanzare. Il resto è tutto uno schifo.

I was charged more

I arrived at the Hotel and was charged for €12 more than what my reservation said. I complained about it but had no answer, Paolo didn’t gave me a receipt so I couldn’t prove that i paid more. Besides that, the bed was uncomfortable, the shower was good and the breakfast was good.

Très bien, très bon accueil de Paolo qui nous explique quoi faire dans Florence. L endroit est très accessible en tram. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti e siamo stati molto bene, mi aspettavo il cambio della biancheria, ma non è stato così. A parte questo tutto perfetto, e Paolo è una persona gentilissima.

mile spędzony czas

Pokój duży,czysty,na piatym piętrze w wieżowcu,winda jest,obsługa przez Paulo bardzo miła dobry angielski,wspólna kuchnia w pełni wyposażona,każdy pokój ma swoje miejsce w lodówce, obok szafka w której właściciel zostawia śniadanie dla każdego pokoju,jednak śniadanie jest bardzo skromne jednak w ofercie pisze że jest darmowe(może dlatego takie skromne),dojazd na stare miasto komunikacją miejską bardzo dogodny,właściciel udziela wszelkich informacji i jest pod telefonem gdy potrzebujesz jakiejkolwiek informacji czy pomocy pod tym względem super,ogólnie jesteśmy b.zadowoleni i możemy polecić to miejsce, oczywiście trzeba brać pod uwagę jakość do ceny nie jest to gwiazdkowy hotel.

Todo bien, salvo que a Paolo no lo vimos, ademas por un problema aparente de Tarjeta de Credito (no tuvmmos el mismo problema en ns estancia en otros hoteles en Italia) hemos tenidoque pagar de contado y lo recibio la señora que limpia (sin recibo alguno). El resto OK

Due giorni bellissimi

Siamo stati da Paolo due notti in occasione della maratona. Ottima la location raggiungibile in poco più di 5minuti di autobus dalla stazione Santa Maria Novella, ed in un quartiere tranquillissimo anche a ore tarde.la camera col bagno privato era enorme, fornita di tutto e pulita.la colazione è autogestita nella cucina comune ed assolutamente non manca nulla. Una menzione particolare va comunque a Paolo, persona estremamente disponibile e di ormai rara gentilezza...grazie di tutto! !!

Ok bed&breakfast til pengene

Mark var yderst venlig og hjælpsom. 3,2 km. Fra centrum, men der kører bus 22 & 57, 100 meter fra hotellet. Indkøbsmuligheder på den anden side af vejen. Der var mug i det ene hjørne af værelset. Morgenmaden var for ensformigt, til de 5 overnatninger vi havde. Varmt på værelser selv om der var ventilator. Kan godt anbefales.

Дружелюбный Пауло

Нам нравится останавливаться в аппартаментах. Поэтому отель Пауло нам очень подошел. Большие комнаты, чистая современная ванная, достаточно большая. Кухня оборудована хорошо. Очень уютная квартира. Жильцов из других комнат не слышно. но только сверху. Пауло очень дружелюбный, встретил нас когда мы подъезжали к отелю. Показал парковку. Все нам рассказал и указал на карте как добраться до центра.Около отеля есть большой продуктовый магазин и шопинг-центр.Может быть снова остановимся у него в следующий раз.

Come a casa

Un B&B senza pretese, ma con tutto l'occorrente per una notte nei pressi del centro di Firenze. Il proprietario è gentile, il servizio minimale, ma considerando il rapporto prezzo/qualità, il'esperienza è assolutamente positiva.

Paolo ist wirklich sehr netz und hat sich sehr um uns gekümmert, hat uns hilfreiche Tipps gegeben und uns herzlich empfangen. Das "Frühstück" war ungenießbar, das es aber auch kein wirkliches Hotelist, sondern ein Appartment, it das für den Preis okay. Man braucht ca. 10min mit dem Bus ins Zentrum, der fährt alle 10min, das war völlig okay. Den Zimmern fehlt eindeutig ein Teppich, da es durch den kalten Steinboden, sehr kühl ist, was natürlich im Sommer von Vorteil sein kann.

En realidad se trata de un piso.

Se trata de un piso alejado del centro de la ciudad (hay que coger autobús, tardando 10 minutos). Se escuchan TODOS los ruidos (ya sean del exterior o de los demás inquilinos). Además, a pesar de prometer wifi, estuvimos 2 de las 3 noches sin wifi (y eso que avisamos de ello sin recibir respuesta). La limpieza de la habitación consistía en hacer la cama y llenar el agua (no cambiaron las toallas ni limpiaron mucho el polvo). El desayuno es poco variado. Y es imposible ponerse en contacto con alguien del "hotel" porque el dueño aparece unas horas por las mañanas y ya está (y si le pones una nota, como la que yo puse para el wifi, te ignora).

Séjour très agréable. Bus à proximité. Paolo a pris le temps qd nous sommes arrivés de nous donner les bus à prendre et les endroits à voir. B&B très abordable grande chambre propre et cuisine disponible. Je le recommande.

blöder anfang, danach super

"hotel" (ist B&B) schwer zu finden, da nirgends beschildert. B&B wohnung befindet sich in einem normalen wohnblock, 5.Etage. um den schlüssel zu erhalten, muss paolo (der besitzer) per telefon kontaktiert werden. telefonnummer am schild war jedoch für schweizer telefon nicht richtig (wir aus der schweiz mussten +39 vor die angegebene nummer setzen). freundlicher mann, tolle und saubere moderne wohnung. fantastisches bad! auch für familien geeignet. auto konnte an der strasse parkiert werden. damit man ins zentrum gelangen kann, ist man fast auf auto oder ÖV angewiesen.

Günstiges Hotel in Florenz

Wir hatten nur eine Übernachtung gebucht. Wichtig war uns die Nähe zum Flughafen, weil wir sehr früh hin mussten.
