"Upon arrival the hotel the staff was nice. The property was clean and in the lobby there’s a small seating area and also connected is a restaurant. You get a $16 credit towards the restaurant each day of your stay which was nice. The room was very spacious. I loved the bath robes that were left for me and my husband. The bathroom was my favorite part of the room. Very clean with a large Bluetooth speaker installed in the mirror. I had the view of the park from the large windows in the room. The bed was extremely comfortable. I enjoyed my time and will be back!! "

"Staff was pleasant, breakfast was good and was sooo covenient to not have to worry about. My room was very tidy, the location was great, i walked to all of the places i wanted to go, in under 15mins. I am looking forwards to seeing chicago in the summer months and i would stay here again. "

"Staff were super helpful checking in with our rental car and made the checkin process easy! The room did not seem to have soundproof windows but I was so tired and the bed was super comfortable that I passed out. They had shampoo and conditioner but no body wash. The shower was a bit outdated but there was plenty of hot water! Valet had our car waiting for us which made the $76.00 in/out parking fee kinda worth it. "
