"The room was extremely clean but it was unfortunately dusty. When we arrived, no fault of the staff, there was a power outage. I was dissapointed that the hotel did not have proper emergency lighting and we had to be escorted in the dark, by flashlight, up 5 floors. "

The sheets were staind in the exact same spot, probably not washed and having to buy our own. Key cards did not work and shower door did not close. Ive stayed in some bad hotels only needing a place to lay my head but this was bad and doesn't come close to what the website perceives!!"
