Top notch customer service from every employee we interacted with. Holly at the front desk was a sweetheart!! She got us a corner suite with an awesome view!! We really enjoyed the suite. The bed was super comfortable and we loved the blackout shades. I liked the fact that the pool and hot tub were open early and closed late. The location is excellent for all of Downtown Pittsburgh. We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent check - in. Holly was so lovely and helped me with taxis... and information about local restaurants. There was a fire alarm at 6:30 a.m. the next morning. I was in the shower and had to quickly dry off and get dressed...that was a bit scary! but all ok. The breakfast each day were very good... hot and a good selection . with good coffee. Mary was super helpful and excellent customer service. She helped me with printing my boarding pass...and gave excellent directions and suggestions...about place to go in the strip district...both referred me to Ali and taxi driver and he was very nice and efficient. The room was very comfortable. All-in-all a great stay! Thank you!
