The front desk girl was very nice on check in. Sundays breakfast was out of everything in the morning and you had to wait in line for a half hour until they refilled stuff. It looked like they only had one young man doing everything and he tried his best to make everyone happy! He definitely deserves a raise!

The room and property were very clean and nice. Food was typical buffet affair (dry and utilitarian). Trying to correct billing card was extremely difficult and slow. Three days after numerous attempts, it still has yet to be satisfactorily resolved. This is not on my end because another Hilton Hotel in Chicago the very next day processed everything correctly.

The staff were friendly and polite. I forgot to pack toothpaste and they provided small packets of toothpaste and it was convenient. The room was clean and the shower felt great. I stayed two nights for a basketball tournament and if we are in town again, I would stay here again. The beds were comfortable and breakfast had a great variety.

Great stay, busy hotel

We had a wonderful stay. Our room was awesome, and the lobby/ eating area was very comforting. Pool was perfect for the kids. The only negative was this was a BUSY hotel so breakfast was a race to get the waffle maker or the bacon. But I get it it’s an airport hotel. It also fit perfectly into a plethora of fun things and shopping malls. We had a blast

We have been coming in for the last 5 years since my son is in college and really like this hotel and the area around it, the rooms are always clean and big, love the staff and the breakfast, we will be back, the only down side is it is getting higher in price.

The room was updated, comfortable and clean. Breakfast included quite a few options so that no one should leave hungry. The coffee was perfect. Our only issue was when we arrived; it was tricky figuring out how to get into the parking lot from the opposite side of the highway.

Modern Hotel near Shopping and Restaurants

This is a very modern/new Hampton near the shopping area of Settler's Ridge. It is very clean and modern. It has free parking. You can walk to the restaurants and shopping on the hill or easily drive there. The only issue I had was that I stayed there 4 nights and they did not come in to clean my room.
