The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms seemed clean but our room smelled like mildew or cat pee or something similar. We used the airport shuttle service, and ended up waiting at the airport for an hour for the shuttle. With so many comparably priced options, I will choose another location in the future.

Staff was very nice and helpful at check-in & check out. The only issue that there was construction happening with loud tile cutting happening until about 6:00 p.m. It just happened to be when we arrived to rest after a 6 hour drive and heading out for the evening. Pool opened after 10:00 a.m. in the morning and check out is at 11:00, so it doesn't give much time in the morning to enjoy the pool. I understand the pool noise needs to be minimum in the morning for the rooms facing the pool, so just an observation.

EVERYTHING ABOUT MY STAY WAS AMAZING! The ladies at the front desk were so nice & friendly! We actually arrived a little early and they offered us use of the pool while we waited. I watched them interact with other guests and they were just as friendly. You can tell customer care is very important. The property was nice & clean. One of the nicest places with the most friendliest staff. Location is perfect to Uber into the city & back. This place is a must stay when traveling to Pittsburgh.
